Our Services
Accounts Receivable - Accounts Receivable is the amount of money customers owe the business for goods or services sold. After you invoice a customer, the owed-money is Accounts Receivable until the customer pays you. We track your Accounts Receivable for tax purposes, but most of all for the business owner to know who owes them money.
Accounts Payable - Accounts Payable is what is unpaid to vendors for purchased goods or services. After you purchase a service or a product for your business, the money you owe the vendor is part of Accounts Payable until you pay the vendor by check or credit card. We track this for tax purposes and to create the annual reporting of the 1099 misc forms. However, most business owners want to know how much owe to vendors. We also track payments to vendors to insure that there is no duplicate payments made.
Accounts Reconciliation - Accounts Reconciliation occurs when we compare what has happened with the bank, customers, vendors to the monthly bank statement, thereby making sure all items have been posted and accounted for. Accounts Reconciliation is usually done monthly.
Quickbooks Set Up and Training - QuickBooks® Set Up and Training is how we train business owners or those responsible for business finance to do their own accounting, giving them the knowledge so they can know their business inside and out.
Small Business Payroll Processing - Payroll Processing is the payment of employees. We help the business owner track hours, vacation pay, and sick pay for the preparation of the payroll. We also show you how handle the payments to the government for the taxes that were withheld from the payroll.
Small Business Quarterly Tax Reporting - Quarterly Tax Reporting is what is required by the federal and state governments. Some of the reports we help you file are:
- Quarterly payroll tax reports 941,DE9,DE9C
- Monthly DE88 (if applicable)
- Quarterly sales tax reports for sales tax that was collected from your customers (not everyone will have this)
- Workers compensation reports
Annual Government Filing - Annual Government Filing is required by federal and state governments. We reconcile the quarterly payroll reports and prepare the necessary annual documentation of 940, W-2's and W-3 reports. We also obtain the necessary documentation from vendors to prepare the 1099s required by law.
We prepare the year-end reconciliation and documentation so the business owner can file the annual business income tax returns.
Financial Statements - Financial Statements contain the financial information on a business or person. One useful report is the Balance Sheet which is a picture of the business from the start of the business to the current period. This tells the business owner the value of the business. Another useful report is the Profit and Loss Statement which is a picture of the business in the current period of time. This shows the viewer if the company is profitable in the current working year. These reports are used together to give a overall view of the business.
